What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it.

Who is responsible
GOFUTURA GROUP CO., LIMITED, UNIT 1618B, 16/F, PIONEER CENTRE, 750 NATHAN ROAD, MONG KOK, HONG KONG, CHINA (the “data controller”), trading online as AZUR, the Gofutura Group’s e-commerce division, reachable at Sales@gofutura.net.
What we collect
- Order data — name, delivery address, email, phone, items ordered, amount paid. Necessary to perform the contract.
- Payment data — for PayPal orders, payment is handled entirely by PayPal; we receive a transaction ID, the payer's name, email and the confirmed shipping address. For bank transfers we receive only the remitter name and payment reference your bank provides. We never see or store your card number or bank credentials.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, pages viewed, stored by our hosting provider in server logs for security and abuse prevention.
- Cart contents — stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers, and cleared when you clear site data.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, to handle returns and warranty claims, to answer your messages, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional product emails. Legal bases: contract performance, legal obligation, and consent for marketing.
Who else sees it
- PayPal — payment processing for PayPal orders (PayPal Europe S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.).
- Our bank — receives transfer details for orders paid by bank transfer.
- Carriers — name, address and phone, to deliver the parcel.
- Hosting and email providers — as processors under contract.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as tax law requires (typically 7–10 years, depending on jurisdiction). Support emails: 24 months. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to Sales@gofutura.net; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary storage only: a cart in localStorage and a session cookie from our host. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this page will say so and ask for consent first.
Children
The shop is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
