Returns & Refunds

Your 30-day window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odour and pet hair, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Try things on — just do not wear them outside.

How to start a return

• Email Sales@gofutura.net with your order reference (AZ-XXXXXX) and the item you want to return.
• We reply within one business day with the return address and a return form.
• Pack the item with the form inside and send it with a tracked service.
• Send us the tracking number so we can follow it.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in that case we cover it and reimburse reasonable shipping costs on receipt of the receipt.

Refunds

We inspect returns within two business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the item. PayPal refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days; bank transfer refunds are sent to the account you confirm by email.

We refund the item price in full. Original shipping is free, so there is nothing to deduct — unless a parcel was refused at customs, in which case the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted.

Exchanges

We do not run a separate exchange process. Return the item for a refund and place a new order — it is faster, and it guarantees the size or colour you want is still in stock.

What we cannot accept

• Items worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Items without tags, or returned after the 30-day window.
• Underwear, socks and other hygiene items once the seal is broken.
• Parcels sent cash-on-delivery or without a return form.

Faulty items

Every item carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects — seams, zips, down leakage through the shell, sole separation. Email photographs and we will repair, replace or refund. Normal wear, snags and damage caused by use are not manufacturing defects.
